These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of squareanimage.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the service

Square Image provides free, browser-based image tools — including squaring images, blurred frames, profile-picture makers, cropping, and related utilities. All processing happens locally in your browser; your images are never uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because nothing is transmitted to us, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the images you choose to process and for having the necessary rights to use them.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to process content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is intended to harass or harm. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the Service (for example, through automated bulk access that degrades it for others).

Intellectual property

The Service — its design, code, and text — is owned by Square Image and protected by applicable law. Your images remain entirely yours, as described above.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Square Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of your original images.

Advertising and third-party services

The Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Your use of third-party services linked from the Service is governed by those parties' own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and your choices.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms. Changes appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
